Miami Yacht Connect

Miami Villa Rentals: Private Villas and Waterfront Estates

Waterfront estates, heated pools and rooftop terraces from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale. Tell us your dates and group size and we will hold the villa for you.

21 villas

Miami Yacht Connect books villas the same way we book yachts: one call, one person, and a house that actually fits your group. The collection covers 21 private villas in Miami, Miami Beach, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, from a four-bedroom waterfront home with beach access to an eight-bedroom estate above Biscayne Bay with a rooftop infinity pool. Every villa sleeps 8 to 16 and has a private pool, and many add a jacuzzi, gym, game room, home theater or pickleball court.

Villas in Miami

Most of our homes sit in Miami's residential neighborhoods with quick access to Brickell, the Design District and Wynwood. Expect five to seven bedrooms, private pools and room to park a group. Highlights include a seven-bedroom villa with a movie theater and jacuzzi, a one-acre estate with pickleball and basketball courts, a Bali-inspired home with a saltwater pool and spa, and a six-bedroom penthouse in Brickell for groups who want the skyline instead of a backyard. Nightly rates on Miami villas start around $950.

Miami Beach Villas

Two waterfront homes on the Miami Beach side of the bay. The larger is an eight-bedroom, eight-bath estate above Biscayne Bay with one of Miami Beach's few rooftop infinity pools, a rooftop jacuzzi, a private movie theater and a spa with sauna, minutes from Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbour. The second is a five-bedroom waterfront villa on the Venetian Islands with a pool, waterfront jacuzzi and west-facing sunset views. Both are a short ride from Miami Beach Marina, where our yachts depart.

Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Villas

For groups who want the beach without South Beach traffic: a four-bedroom villa on the intracoastal with beach access one block away in Fort Lauderdale, from $950 a night; a six-bedroom waterfront home on the New River with a pool, jacuzzi and billiards that sleeps 16; and a five-bedroom waterfront villa in Hollywood with a heated pool and a game room. All three pair well with a Fort Lauderdale yacht pickup.

Estates for Large Groups

Sleeping 14 or 16 people under one roof is where most Miami rentals fall apart. Six of our villas sleep 14 or more, including a six-bedroom waterfront home for 16 in Fort Lauderdale and a seven-bedroom, one-acre estate for 16 north of Miami. Tell us the real headcount first and we will filter from there.

Villa and Yacht: Book the Whole Weekend

This is the part nobody else in Miami does under one roof. Pick a villa for the nights and add a day on the water: a yacht day charter through Biscayne Bay to the Haulover or Nixon sandbar, a sunset cruise past Star Island, or a multi-day run to the Bahamas. One contact, one deposit, and a captain who knows what time you need to be back for dinner. It works the same way for celebrations and events: birthdays, bachelorette weekends and corporate groups that need both a house and a boat.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to rent a villa in Miami?

Our villas start at about $950 per night for a 4 or 5 bedroom home and go up to $7,500 per night for an 8-bedroom waterfront estate in Miami Beach. Rates change by season and date, with Art Basel, New Year's, spring break and F1 weekend the highest, so we quote live pricing for your exact dates. Minimum stays run from one night to a full month depending on the home.

What is the minimum stay?

It depends on the villa. Several homes accept a single night, most sit at two or three nights, and a few are monthly rentals only. The minimum is listed on every villa page and we confirm it before you book.

How many people can a villa sleep?

Our smallest villa sleeps 8 and the largest sleep 16. Six of the homes in the collection sleep 14 or more, which is where most Miami rentals run out of room.

Do the villas have pools?

Yes, every villa in our collection has a private pool. Many add a jacuzzi, spa, rooftop terrace, gym, game room or home theater; the full amenity list is on each villa page.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM at every villa in the collection.

Can we book a yacht with the villa?

Yes. That is the reason we added villas. We run day charters, sunset cruises and multi-day Bahamas trips out of Miami Beach Marina, and we can pair any villa with a yacht day on the same booking.
