Villa Banyan: One-Acre Estate with Pool, Spa and Pickleball, Sleeps 16

Sixteen guests, seven bedrooms and a full acre of grounds in North Miami Beach. Together with the Fort Lauderdale New River house this is the largest-capacity property we book, and the only one of the two that takes a single night. Outside there is a pool and spa plus pickleball and basketball courts, so a group of sixteen has somewhere to be all day without leaving. This is our default suggestion for bachelor and bachelorette groups, extended families and company offsites that would otherwise have to split across two houses.
