Group size and what the limit means

Settle the headcount before anything else, because passenger capacity on a charter vessel is a certification matter, not a comfort preference. Most of the boats a corporate group would consider carry a limited number of guests, and that number is set by how the vessel is certified rather than by how much room is on the deck. What to arrange in advance

When to book

Corporate dates are usually fixed months out, which is an advantage: book as soon as the date is confirmed and you get a real choice of boats. The pressure points are November through April, Miami’s high season, and December in particular, when holiday parties and Art Basel compete for the same vessels. For those windows, several weeks to a couple of months ahead is sensible for anything larger than a small client charter.
